I suppose you can try getting through different agents at different times of the day and see if someone will change the desicion. I've only phoned once for each permanently suspended accounts and was told they can't do nothing.

If the agent is saying the system has blocked the account and its no longer registered then I'm pretty sure they are unable to nor would care to do anything to change this |
