We couldn't verify this bank account. Please select a different payment method
 

I am trying to add my bank account for payouts but everytime i try i get this error message, "We couldn't verify this bank account. Please select a different payment method". I have tried 2 different accounts. One being a natwest one and the other being a starling one but both get this error message. I've been on live chats and phone calls with ebay support for weeks now and everytime they say theres a technical issue, wait a certain period of time. I wait that time, try again and still get the same error. I don't even know if there is a technical issue or if they're trying to fob me off. Getting kinda annoyed now.



Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you manage to fix it ?

Any help would be much appreicated.

Make sure your address is correct and that your address format is correct.
Is this with Micro deposits or Trustly?

All my details are correct and i have tried with both

I get this in the US every time I try to use the automatic system. I never had it with micro deposits.

I'm not sure you're giving us an accurate representation of what's actually happening.
I don't get an error message when using micro-deposits, even when a bank refuses the micro deposit.

Would you mind trying the micro deposit option and letting us know?
