Hello everyone i have been banned on ebay for retuns altho i have sent noting back on this account at all but thats not my problem i have £295 stuck in my account and i cant get in touch with ebay at all phone team just dont answer and it wont let me use live chat any help would be great thanks

Hi thanks for the reply all i wanna know is do i ever get the money as the item got to the buyer and well surely they cant just take that cash

You will get the money after 60 days. Dont change the bank account in MP.

It has been well over 72 days for me now and after many false promises, someone at eBay told me today that if they cannot verify the account I will not receive the money. Absolute joke considering it's over £350!!!! So much misinformation and I have no idea what to do now.

there is a way but it depends on whether you are ready to burn your real name there

if the account still allow to change personal details you change the details to your own and then demand release of funds

the advantage of this is that you would be able to demand return of the money through court if they refuse

My account is actually legit, didn’t have a reason to make a stealth one.

if this is a legit account you need to figure out why you could not be verified

and you can get the money through small claims court
