HOLY Micro, I need help
 

10 year ebay account.

Stealth. Moved over to manage payment.

Tried both saving and current account. tried login didn't work, micro deposit in both saving and current received deposits but they couldn't take DD out, and bank statement.

Stealth name didn't get accepted. Switched to real name, and all three options still didn't work. By this time I already sent them stealth ID which was accepted. I've contacted them many times over a month period. Finally the rep stated he knew the reason why. The stealth ID and the bank names don't match. so he escalated a case so that ebay would allow me to provide a new ID. Of course they wondered why i had 2 names, just stated partnership and a mixup.. said no a problem. And said that when you enter or change your bank details, ebay goes into your account and manually checks the name of the bank account is the same name as the ID provided.

I have since opened a real ebay, verified everything fine. opened stealth, everything verified fine (my name was the same[for MP purposes], everything else include stealth ID different)

my question is about micro deposits. Once entered it's successful, but then they state in 2 days they'll take it out. Guessing savings account dont have DD, but i read some do.. Guessing if it's mismatch names they wont be able to get their deposit back???? and what if it's a current account, mismatch?? If i can figure this part out, then i wouldnt have to use my real name at all.

any help appreciated, thx in advance.

Savings accounts are problematic with ACH transfers. At one point, ebay was only allowing checking accounts. Maybe they still are...

1. How can you pass adyen checks if your ID is stealh (even though it has your real name on it?) which would then match your real name on bank acc.

2. Using 2 microdeposits, how on earth they now true ownership of current account? Do they have legall right to do so? I guess by taking out those two microdeposits after 2 days. How to prevent them and whats next step by would they do?

Werent we been told that paypal can not check real oenership of a bank acc and now this mofos from eBay can all of a sudden?

And when does bank statemnt comes into the game as I have been given onky the option to go through trustly or micordeposits.

I am in the same position. Any update dude? I confirmed deposit today and it says they will take out within 3 days im not sure what to do. Monzo bank
