For the UK, savers will work and are preferred. Only a few won't, like Nationwide savers for example.

But will not flag since ebay take the 2 deposit back from account and this will reveal the real name of account/business

They can't take the deposit back on HSBC saver. The only thing with HSBC saver is you cannot add a payee without contacting customer support.
