ebay periodic performance review with all funds on hold
 

Can anyone help with my regards of periodic performance review with ebay? this review holds all my funds on sale and is effecting my running business

on nov 7th i had a email to say my account is under periodic performance review which lasts 5 days. the 5 days ended late friday night meaning my next payment day was 15th nov. Well on the 14th nov i had a email again saying my account is periodic performance review yet again. this means my business has gone 2 weeks with any new funds being paid into my account from sales i've made.

i've spoken to ebay via online and also on phone and i kept getting told different things. they dont understand that i've had no funds in 2 week meaning postage costs still had to be covered for sales and also bills to the business, let alone buying new stock which i've not done in 2 weeks now

the 2nd review shoudl of ended thr 19th nov which hasnt yet.

anyone else had this?

Do you have any kind of disputes, late shipments, negative feedbacks?

you get such a review , stop selling. if it ends well you restart , if it starts taking a long time stop selling completely. the longer it takes beyond 5 days the more likely you are to be restricted. they have a nasty habit of silent restrictions as well , where they do not tell you anything but will never pay out the money so you better watch out
