managed payments registered address / postal address
 

Hi,
So anyone else have this problem, multiple MP accounts I used to have all the account emails forwarded to one account to pick up all the sold item addresses instead of having to log into every account however ebay MP sends you a registered address which isnt always the postage address via email.
had a few wrong and returnerd deliveries these last few weeks

You mean when your item is sold,Ebay sent you an email with the buyer address ,it is his registered address not shipping address?

Are you sending out a cheap item for buyers to do feedback basically? Quite a few addresses are bogus for those

we add new shipping address during checkout if we do not want to use the one already on file.
It could be your buyer never bother to update his shipping address .

turns out it was an ebay I spoke to CS wh said it shouldnt have happened and they have had a load of complaints; funny thing was all the not received cases were closed as ebay accepted the registered address not the postal address - some people hadnt lived their for years
