MP verified 3 months ago and changed the bank info to another then not get verified
 

My eBay MP has been verified with my personal bank account three months ago. No problem getting payouts.

Today, I changed the bank info on MP to my HSBC sole trader account. Then I got two messages from eBay saying that "We couldn't verify the bank account information you provided." “Please update your bank information by 05 Jan, 2022 to release your held payouts and avoid further restrictions.” After I clicked the "Verify Bank Info" button at the bottom of the message, it went to the page and asked me to enter microdeposit amounts.

The ebay payment section also shows that "Your payouts are on hold until you update your account details. Please update by Jan 04, 2022 to avoid further restrictions."

Is that normal? I won't be verified with MP this time?

Yea normal, get your micro deposit and enter into ebay and it will be back to normal

this is normal it happens when you change your bank account

enter the 2 micro deposit and you are good to go

I have entered 2 micro deposits yesterday but it still shows "Your bank information was recently changed and is currently under review. Please allow 2-3 days for these changes to complete. ". It is still not available for payout.

Hopefully updates fine after those few days - still odd for this delay...
