I should think they have less to worry about now because if there is any problems they can just get what they want frm your bank account ? ..Question2 ..

Purchase your account from a trusted seller on here and you should be good

eBay is far from dead. The only regret I have this year is not buying more eBay accounts and selling like I did pre managed payments.

Stealth is far from dead - but you still need to use your heads and stick to basic rules

Oh iv always made fully use of the accounts for sale and made a few my self over the years .Iv even used them up until recently. I think i bought the last account with an active paypal account just days before it went all MP .Might even look into an MP account
