So what's the deal?

I have old buyer accounts that I didn't convert into seller accounts.

When I add the bank does the name on the bank have to match?.

How long before they ask for ID, and does creative ID work?

The name can be different at bank only if the bank accept mismatched name. The name must be real identity, there are no success stories in stealth nowadays.

If you still want to try, remember you can go to loose money, because if they got you with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ identity now they are saying they can seize and hold the money

mismatch the name is not a issue. the problem will be the docs.
nobody can tell you , when ebay will ask you for docs

I think how MP works is you need to provide real information, name dob & address, keyword is real, eBay does checks

How is EBAY UK management payment working?

In German site, just add your bank details and then all done, even no requirements of small deposits verify.
