Anybody else get this over the last few weeks ?

I had a good christmas on one of my accounts and have this. The last time I had it on another account the review got done and dusted within hours of me receiving the email.

This time I am at the end of 5 days but it's still not sorted.

Are the specialist team on holiday ? have a back log ? what's going on ... Ebays customer service are no good, they say it will be completed within 5 days.

I'm also waiting to be credited fees on another account which still hasn't been sorted despite it being well over a week.

just be patient,Ebay is no different than the others,employees called in sick due to Cov19

Such reviews usually take exactly 24 x 5 hours and are lifted automatically.

FYI Took 5 days exactly on 2 of my accounts
