Can a banned account be used for MP?

So I have an account from 2007 in my real details. This account was banned in 2011 from selling but the account still allows me to buy. However, selling was banned indefinitely so I switched to stealth. I have converted all my stealth accounts to MP.

However, I was wondering with this old account which I still use for buying can I change the details on the account and sign up to start selling? I'm wondering if MP is allowing previously banned accounts to start selling again or whether the account will still be toast and will fail on trying to sign up to sell?

Any thoughts or opinions will be appreciated! Thanks
