No they are not, currently mismatched name works well without issues, metro bank will allow payments as they are coming from adyen and not a direct mismatched name bank transer, and even if they were they do end up coming through.

They're fine, but you have to ring them to add a payee. Maybe it just my perception but most of the banks seem to be relaxed these days.

CHase in USA are fine like most banks.
