UK Personal Account banned
 

So my personal account with real details has been banned permanently (MC011) from selling today I think due to sudden surge in sales. eBay requested invoices for all items sold & tracking. Everything was provided but they still banned me.

No xxxx items, only personal belongings were sold and I've been on MP since middle of last year.

Can I ever use my real details again on eBay to create another selling account?

Yes you can create another account in your name and date of birth but you will need another address an address which is active on your credit report you might be giving low limits.

It would be better to ask a friend or family member to create an account so you get better limits and then change the account details over to your own once you reach £1k in sales.

I do have an old stealth non-business account which I stopped using when MP was introduced.

It has higher limits and over 100 feedback since I sold quite a few items on it.

Would I be able to use that with friends or family members details or does it have to be a fresh eBay account?

I do also have previous addresses listed in my Clearscore account. Would they work with my details instead or does it need to be an active address?

You can convert that stealth account to your own details and use an address which is on your clear score you don’t have to be active at the address as long as its on your clear score report you can use it.

If you have permission from a friend or family member you can create a fresh account and change the account details later to your own with different address on your clear score.

If you create a fresh new account in your name and new address on clear score you maybe giving low limits.

What about my existing PayPal account that I was using with my personal account.

Can I use that with the stealth account after changing the email address on the PayPal?
