My real details were banned on Ebay about 15 years ago. As I recall, I was suspended and may not have paid the fees, can't remember.

Can I go ahead and make a new account? My address has changed since then and I have a new ID.

If it's a very etablished account with high rate and history, they'll usually reinstate the account if you pay the fees.

suspensions before MP do not matter anymore , suspended details can be used again. presumably because there was no verification back then so ebay do not even know if the personal details were used by this person or someone else
