Can same name and dob be used for a new account after being banned?

I've read it in the past and done lots of research, I understand everything that needs to be done apart wether this is possible?

Using your real name and dob against a new address might work. Given what Adyen / Ebay MP actually allow in terms of changing names on accounts etc it's more likely to work than not.

This practice used to work on ebay but cant recall reading anyone saying they've done it recently on MP accounts

I believe from other posts on here that once you have created your eBay stealth account registration you can enter your correct details when registering with MP/Ayden even if used before.

Hi, sorry I don't quite understand, the managed payments is the registration details no? Its just registration details and then add bank info. These are the only steps ebay are asking when making a new account.

Managed payments is run by a Dutch company called Adyen.
They basically process payments for eBay

MP and eb are separate entities - although eb is using MP for seller payment

I understand just not sure which part Is to do with manage payments? Asks for registration details that is saved on ebay (personal information tab) and then add bank account. So I'm not sure which part is to do with adyen?
