Unverifed Ebay MP accounts
 

Hi

I see on other websites that you will get an ID request when you reach £1000 in sales and the info on the account cannot be confirmed.

Is that true for EBay too?

I thought so as I have never seen such a page on ebay before

on ebay the personal details are verified on each account incl. those not selling anything , the difference is only that on active accounts verification may start as early as 600 pounds and on barely active accounts it is some time later , probably several months after seller account was registered

bank is usually checked immediately after adding it to the system asking to confirm micro deposits , on barely active accounts they may ask for it once they become more active

From my experience eBay starts to verify your account once you hit the £10,000 mark when the account has run for a few months and steady sales. They will ask before if you do a big bang start up and the account restricted.

It is much earlier from what I have seen. 1000$ on new accounts is a good threshold to default

the TO is from the UK so 500-600 may trigger verification and if the account is left inactive the verification will come after a few months as well

10K without verification is unrealistic in all ebay countries

Well it happened at £10,000 with my last UK account , but then again I have been doing it a long time and the details for the stealth account were verifiable by soft credit checks, plus a long build up of sales starting with auctions, increasing gradually. So it was verified very easily as details were not ⊗⊗⊗⊗. They then upped the selling limits.
I think all tales about when you get verified is different depending, on the circumstances and product types etc.

That isn't a stealth account.

I am a dual citizen and flit back and forth, mainly in UK now so thought as I am using UK eBay now I best change my flag to that country, thanks for noticing. Yes the account is stealth, I got my USA accounts linked to my last one here so did some creative work and now have a strong 10 month old one here. It’s much easier in the UK than the States for stealth creation and verification.

If the account information passes soft credit checks then it isn't stealth.

Thats pretty great. So essentially an ITIN or SSN is not required. As long as the ID check gets verified. Do you have any idea if its possible to upload a foreign ID and get the account verified?

From what I have seen, its just the last 4 digits. And if that fails to match anything they have on record, would that not just trigger an ID verification, where we can send a foreign passport?

uk accounts are the toughest accounts that is why there are barely any sellers for them as they can do USA and EU much easier

Not in my experience.

EU accounts have DAC7 reporting to worry about.
US accounts have the SSN requirement.

I've been making fully stealth UK ebay accounts for the last few months now. And when I mean "fully stealth" I mean the person does not exist. F@ke ID submitted and approved.

Up until a few months ago I really did think in countries using Adyen for payouts, stealth was no longer possible but it definitely can be done now. In fact it's quite surprising what else can be done now versus a year or so back. :thumb: You should try experimenting.

I do agree that the initial suspension rate is higher on Ebay UK than on many of the other platforms but once an account is up and running there are no disadvantages.

As for the number of sellers offering UK accounts, I've tried to contact aspkin, the forum owner to start selling UK ebay accounts again (as well as an extensive range of other accounts :heh:) but never got a reply. Also based on recent activity, I'd put money on another new UK account seller appearing in the not too distant future as well. :lol::lol:

that I will believe when I see your ad on aspkin some time later with stealth accounts being sold that have already made over 2K turnover

as far as stealth below 2K is concerned I can do such accounts too , maybe 7-9 out of 10 will be suspended but the remaning ones will be certainly alive and well for the time being

ID submission does not mean anything until the first threshold has been reached , I had accounts suspended a number of times after ID had been approved , this is because there is ebay ID approval and Adyen ID approval. you can only be sure you passed after 2K+ have been withdrawn

And ID has been submitted and approved on such accounts as well (a few dozen at least). These werent my own accounts but supplied to a third party's clients.

If you have doubts about Adyen then I can also do UK Ebay with Payoneer enabled for payouts. :d:d

you do not seem to be up to date? I guess you have not made ebay accounts for a long time , payoneer has been banned on ebay UK at least since 2022 if not 2021

I doubt they have any accounts that passed the verification threshold , same applies to various account sellers , I have yet to see an account for sale that actually passed verification
