hey

At what point do people find they get id requests with ebay?

For me its somewhere between £700 and £1000 when they can't confirm the information I have supplied them

they may not ask at all , ebay divide sellers into tiers according to visa/mastercard guidelines

on the lowest tier they may verify you without asking for more details

verification in the UK is usually at 500-1500 pounds

soft check is regardless of tiers , from a certain turnover per year they need to do additional verification but that is a large turnover , don't remember how much
