get limited last night

Hi all, got limited last night

always sign in from same laptop and same vpn ip

i did a change password as they requested and sent ID

also sent a email and got this as a reply

I logged into account today, same laptop, but a new ip and changed passwords. Whats your thinking folks?

was using vpn unlimited , been ok for months, well how long i joined here.
So far today, limit still not lifted
