Yep that is right

The issue only comes when your using 10 accounts and the IP range is going in circles

yes, I had that problem last night actually, kept giving me the same 3 or 4 ip`s for a couple hours
so if I got a 3 sim it wouldn't do this..its guaranteed new ip everytime.. I see they do a 12gb sim for 12 months for 29.99

Saying 'guaranteed new ip everytime' isn't totally accurate.

The IP address can still repeat. The IP pool is finite after all

The IPs generated by Three tend to not be bunched together.

It depends where you live tbh
for three i only get two ranges

92.40.***.**
94.197.***.**

Sometimes only get two ip's per day

That is a wide enough range to not cause any problems
