What's going on with PP UK?

It seems that they are more interested in re-designing the way their page looks than sorting out their useless selves!

Created new business account with PayPal UK. Can't proceed to add bank account or anything! Two attempts gave same thing.

Tried creating personal account. Seems OK. but I can't add a bank account using the old way, which is the way I like.

Seriously, what's going on???

What message are you getting when you are trying to add a bank account and what bank account is it?

Please try it.

Create a PP account. Try a business one first. When you have created it, try going to the page to add a bank account. Some new page comes up. When you click to proceed, it will say, "...paypal server error...".

The same with a personal PP account. From 'Wallet', I prefer to click on add money on the left side, then use the old way to input bank account. But it's not even letting me enter bank details.

Which bank are you trying to use and how old is the bank account your trying to add?

Cheers, James. It's OK now.

Nothing to do with which bank. I was not able to even get the page where we put in sort code and account number. Must have been a PP issue, which they sorted out.

Which brings me to these questions...

1.
How long after creating a PP account do you leave before adding bank account?

2.
Personal account or business account? Which one do ppl prefer?

1 - I leave it a week or 2 after my first eBay sales before adding a bank account.

2 - eBay has no preference that I have ever really seen. I prefer the functionality of the business PayPal though
