Paypal uk email address?

Anyone know if there is a working email contact address for paypal uk? Tried this one but just bounces back ppelc@paypal.co.uk which was listed on google as escalated customer services dept.

Have a permanentely limited account where the 180 days expired end December but nothing from paypal to say when if I can withdraw the money. Tried sending message via paypal message centre from within account but no reply so far. Think they are going to be ars*holes again over this Lol.

That one stopped working in mid-October ish.
All the good ones end up stopping.
