Can't withdraw my funds received from GoDaddy
 

Hi,

Question # 1
I have UK paypal and received $400+ affiliate commission from GoDaddy. After around 15+ hours I sent around $180 to another Non-UK account.

Then after few hours I tried to send $50 to another Indian account but there is error and I can't send. There is balance without any hold but I can't send. Balance in my account is in USD so I tried to send from USD to USD but when I click then error popup appears to contact them. I also tried from GBP ? USD but in this case source of funding shows from credit card. So I have to select USD > USD.

Can any one help why can't I transfer money to another account although balance is available and there is no limit on my account.

Question # 2
I have verified my UK paypal with VCC but when I try to withdraw funds by credit card then I am asked to link bank account. Can't I simply withdraw funds to credit card although vcc was added successfully and also account is showing verified.

Note: I added vcc of same source to one Malaysian + Indian Paypal and I can withdraw funds from Paypal to that VCC without any problem. But can't withdraw funds from UK Paypal by same kind VCC.

Please help me.

How long ago did you receive the funds?

You cant withdraw to a card on a UK paypal account, you can only withdraw to a bank in the UK.

I received funds less than 48 hours ago and I send first $180 to another Non-UK Paypal after around 15 hours of receiving funds.

1. Is your pp verified? Could have some limits on it - you might be getting the can't send message because your account isn't fully secure.

2. Bunneh is correct about uk withdrawal to bank only

2. Yes, I verified by Paypal in Sep-2016. Here is email message which I received after verification.

Should I try after 1 day? Is screenshot allowed to show in this forum? I can try again and if still error I can show screenshot.

Screenshot is allowed in forum but make sure your personal info is blacked out. As for trying in 1 day, that's a good approach.

usually if you cant send funds, it is because you have only just received them and so paypal puts a soft limit on the account, which doesnt let you send money until after 72 hours when soft hold goes away.

I was able to transfer money to other account. I wait for 48+ hours and then tried to transfer but still I was not able to transfer. I was getting following message.

Although I had balance in my account but my funding source was set to Credit Card. While transfer I tried by USD + GBP both currencies.

Then finally I exchanged USD balance to GBP because my account's primary currency was GBP. Then I transfer funds and it worked. So my problem was related to source currency GBP/USD. When I exchanged USD funds to GBP I was able to transfer all available funds smoothly.

Not a good idea to post account details on here, even from last 4 digits of card and amounts shown in account, paypal could most likely identify account name from the info shown. Pretty sure paypal moles scan these boards for any useful info on stealth accounts.
