EU Receiving limits

Hi have this one limit left on my account, the rest is fine,

i submitted the documents and the reply was "everythign was fine but the passport photo is abit blurry, please resend something more clearer"

I sent that in last week. Should i phone them in and theres a chance osmeone will look at it and lift it or just leave it until an "account specialist" reviews it

We all know those specialists are the worst

When you re-submitt docs you go to the back of the queue again, so you will have to wait more or less the same time you did the first time you submitted them.
