Is it fine callling in to lift EU Receiving limits?
 

I submitted all documents awhile ago telling me everything was fine but the passport photo was blurry so i had to resubmit the photo id, i have done with a clearer picture.


if this is all they needed, then is it worth in calling in and telling them that ive done it and have them manually lift it?

I have done this myself, not because the original documents got rejected, but because it was taking over 1 week to get them reviewed. Called Paypal asking if everything was OK and was given the all clear. Account limitation was lifted within a few minutes.

How long has it been since you submitted the documents?

Yes i've called in so many times now with no problems at all. Always been lifted on the call or a few minutes after. They may ask you a question to trick you though like how old you are etc.
