Paypal disputes

So i came to raise a dispute on an item I bought on ebay (very rare as i mainly just sell)
I thought I would try it direct through PP for a change rather than Ebay, however I was redirected by PP that it had to be done through Ebay, Yet many people have raised direct PP disputes on me from ebay purchases??

Its a faff but you can still open them directly on PayPal. Generally its best to go with eBay first though as PayPal prefer you to open the case with eBay first

you will get your money back quicker through ebay directly, as paypal take 30 days + some times to review it.
