UK ebay Top Rated Seller Status
 

Hi I have been an ebay top rated seller for about 1 year now.

Currently except when I am on holiday all my listing have a 1 day dispatch time. As I grow my business I struggle to dispatch 100% of my orders within 1 day but most are. I have a full time job as well as ebay and occasionally it simply isn't possible to dispatch within 1 day.

Do you think I would be better changing my dispatch time to 2 days and almost always delivering early rather than have it at 1 day and have a few that are late? Are top rated sellers obliged to dispatch within 1 day?

I would prefer to promise a slower time and over deliver than promise a faster time and not meet it 100%

Hope this makes sense I appreciate any advise you can give.
