If someone has a good vcc provider they arnt going to share it on an open forum. That's how it becomes abused (like entropay)

I would buy from the sellers in the marketplace if you're stuck for a vcc provider. There are 5 to choose from.

Yes Vanilla is still good for UK PayPal adamwu.

Secondly other VCCs that work well for UK PayPal is Ecopayz but you need to get approved.

I prefer to use foreign BIN numbers with UK PayPal the system won't flag them as they aren't as abused so look for foreign ones.
