remove limit issue, doing my head in. Business account.
 

Hello, I'm having issues verifying personal info. Created new account 3 days back, added card, bank account then changed to business account.

I have successfully added passport doc, bill to verify address etc. 3 of the 4 options categories have a tick mark apart from personal information which i keep getting following error.

'Something seems to have gone wrong.
We're experiencing some technical difficulties. Please try again later.'

How do i resolve this? £2k is no where near enough therefore i need to remove limits.

Please help. Thank you.

Just have to wait for PayPal to fix the issue

Hi guys
I was just about to create a new post but saw this.
I have reached £1700 receiving limit and have to confirm identity + upload docs. I have been trying to do this for the last 1.5 weeks, but I only get as far as enter the address (it asks for a Building Number and then Street Number - aint that the same thing?) so I enter, then receive email to say I have added a new address (its not new) then I click Next, but also get the message about Techinical Difficulties.
Do I just wait until Paypal sort it? Or should I message them via the message centre?

Sorry, I forgot to ask, how would I know when this issue has been rectified?
I don't want to keep trying, as with each try, it adds a "new" address and do not want PayPal to trigger a suspicious activity or something, or it does not matter?

I ended up calling the same day, few days later received email to confirm limit had been removed.

Do not follow this. Lack of patience resulted in my account permanently banned. Do not call as they will documents will be verified by a real person and they will deem documents to be ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

PayPal passed my review a day after submitting my docs. I had that technical error when I tried to confirm my personal details, but I didn't call up PayPal at all and they passed my review a day later

So how did you manage to upload docs? Did you keep trying?

Any updates on this anyone? Have the issues with paypal been resolved in uploading docs or are people still facing same issue ie. Technical difficulties...

Just to clarify the issue was resolved for personal accounts last Thursday. I read on another thread someone was still having the issue with a business account.
