Best dedicated IP provider for UK?
 

Can anyone recommend a reliable provider as PayPal have 'rumbled' my Torguard proxy even though it was a dedicated one. Thanks.

There are plenty of places where you can get vpns. I would recommend to get only dedicated ones.

He is right. I was using ExpressVPN and after 1 week PayPal blocked my account and had to send photo ID as well and update the addresses. No Joke with PayPal anymore. After they are separated with eBay everything changed. eBay does not block your account anymore. I think everything goes through PP. They want to say, sell whatever you want but with my confirmation you can not take the money out. So last word is coming from PayPal.

Hi.

I am looking to get 2 UK ebay and PP accounts and also need help for VPS for UK and also have 2 new US verified accounts including PP. Can i use any wifi mobile router from Three, EE or Vodafone??? You know the small ones we keep in our pockets. I am planning to get 1-2 routers with sim card and use them to check and update the accounts.
Also with my US accounts will it be problem if l choose item location London for my US accounts??
One another question. These stealth accounts are already verified so just need to add my Visa Card and withdraw the money. As i know PP don't see the card details except number, validity and 3digit. Accounts are US but card and item location will be UK. Do you think it will be problem for me???
