Council tax bill?
 

Having problems withdrawing money from permanently limited paypal due to no photo id. They have suggested birth certificate supported by gov doc such as council tax bill. Anyone know if they can verify council tax bills or birth certificates for that matter??

I have legit bank statement and cr card statement but the snotty pp rep was insistent no proof of identity no money. Money has been in limbo for nearly a year so losing hope to be honest :-(

They cant verify either, but the docs need to be very good as they have anti-fraud software that can pick out poorly made documents.

All sorted and my money has been released :d
They accepted bank statement, credit card statement and birth certificate.

Nice one that you got resolution finally.

There is a hint in the bold type...
For others they should try find a less snotty rep.
