Paypal UK - Adding tracking no question

Howdy!

Paypal encourages you to send items via tracking, as it usually releases the funds much earlier (ie a 21 day hold goes down to 3 - 7 days instead).

Re inputting the tracking no; has anyone noticed any difference if adding it to either eBay or to the Paypal account? Or does it not matter?

if you pay postage through ebay, it autofills them both in for you (ebay & paypal)
