Stealth account minus balance
 

Hi i bought a verified stealth UK pp account and used it to sell a couple of digital items. A week later ( after i had cashed out ) one of my customers claimed the transaction was unauthorized and won the case. Now the account is minus balance ( -£700 ). I have no means of repaying because i live in US what will happen ? Should i just ditch the account ?

Forum isn't meant to help you avoid repayments or fees or whatnot.

Technically speaking, if the pp is registered in UK and you are in US and it's stealth...logically then...

PayPal is not a financial institution and does not sign up to banking regulations.....otherwise we would all be breaking the law (stealthers). As such, they will never take you to court for the money owed. You may get plenty of phone calls and emails...just ignore them.

If they had your real info they CAN pursue it and pass it on to collection agencies which eventually WILL have an impact on your credit record.
But that is not the case here since the account is a stealth one meaning they got noone to go after.
Dump it and move on.

how will he see a bailiffs snail mail ? posted to a uk stealth address ?
