PayPal can suspend you for having bad credit?

I read on PayPal's TOS that they can end access to their services for having poor credit. If that's the case then surely even making a stealth account would be a waste of time wouldn't it? Is there anyway around this? Any advice would be really appreciated.

are you sure you read that in connection with a paypal account and not in connection with the paypal mastercard?

Also: Since stealth info is all foofoo, how can a non existent person have a bad credit?

It would be a lot better if OP quoted the exact wording, rather than paraphrasing it.

As Dachilla said, it can relate to the mastercard they offer, or even the credit services they are offering (buy now, pay later).

By "ending services for poor credit" it could mean some extra credit features, as oppose to terminating your entire account.

A lot of people unfortunately have poor credit, and for the most part a basic PayPal account doesn't actually offer any form of credit.
