Paypal now taking longer to transfer money

Hi everyone

Been using paypal for about 9 months now and last few months the withdrawls have been immediate, I can see the money in my bank account straight away.
I made a withdrawal today, same as always, nothing out of the ordinary, but got an email to say it may take up to 72 hours and the transaction is pending in paypal.
Should I be worried? Or this is normal practice?
