paypal refund rate vs volume 60%

hi guys a i got an email from paypal reagrding my account today, they satated that they keep an eye on paypal accounts with a high refund rate, they like to keep it down to a min of 5% but mine was 50%

they stated that if it continues like this, my account may subject to limitations/holds/suspensions.

is this something to worry about?

50% refund rate.... unless you have only sold 2 items then you really need to re-evaluate what you are selling.

Big trouble ahead if you dont.
