Paypal UK - When do they lift the holds?

Have a stealth account, about 2 mths old.

Despite sending stuff off in time, etc, every single transaction is on hold (even for low value stuff).

Is there a time limit on the account until the money goes straight in?

Btw, account has a VCC/bank attached.

The standard on new accounts in the UK is minimum of 10 transactions & 60 days without any issues. Although small transactions may initially slip the net and the hold not initiated until a few transactions have already happened. After this time you'll still more than likely have 72 hour wait on withdrawals and they can place the 21 day hold back on your account, with higher goal posts, when ever they wish. If you mark the items as dispatched it reduces the time down to 7 days and and for physical items if you add tracking details the money is usually released 3 days after the delivery date.

at some point Paypal will lift the hold as long as all is well,,,but don't let that fool you, they are ALWAYS watching

Depends how much you've received:

Under £1650 - roughly a month
Between £1650 and £2100 - about 2 weeks.
Over £2100 - within a day or so.
