Paypal tracking details glitch.
Just noticed a problem with the new paypal enter tracking details page which they recently updated. When entering a Royal Mail SD tracking number it was correctly shown in my paypal account but, when it appeared in ebay account the tracking number was correct but courier had changed to UPS!! Obviously I had to edit the tracking in ebay but ended up with two sets of tracking details for same package one for UPS and other for Royal Mail.
Very confusing for buyers and may lead to fraudulent claims for INR as it could appear item has not arrived. I guess the only way around this is to enter tracking into ebay first then paypal. |
