Best time to send in documents?

When would you say is the best time to send in the documents to confirm I.D with ppal?

Do you wait till they ask for them when you near your receiving limit or do you send them when you first open account?

You will have to wait until they request them. They get reviewed very quickly then.

Not always, I've been waiting weeks for the last few accounts that have been limited. Also been waiting over a week for the ID to be looked at for a simple change of name (miss-typed the name when creating the account)

Has this changed? PayPal was taking weeks to do their work. Nice if they have upped their game.

Ok so the 2-3 days they say it will take is a load of bull? I have been waiting over a week now for the last lot I sent into them
