Can’t add bank account
 

I try to add a new bank acccount to PayPal

It won’t let me add it keep coming up with a error message . It only asks for account no and sort code which I add but won’t add the bank account. It is a business bank account

Any ideas please

PayPal website says on the help section the name on the bank account must match the PayPal account ??

i couldn't add my bank account either. after phoning them they did something on their side and i was able to add my bank account.

problem i had after was when withdrawing everything was fine. usual message of may take up to 72 hours. then on the 3rd day of the 72 hours my account was limited and money held for 180 days !!
