Paypal withholding Money on Stealth Account
 

Hi I've read a lot of the entries on this issue but haven't seen one regarding them holding monies on stealth account.

So I have up to £1,000 over two accounts held by paypal. 1 is genuine and i can upload docs no problem when they ask.

The other is stealth account and like an idiot has the larger amount in.

Questions...

1. I take it the cash on the stealth account is gone and I'll never get it again as i can't provide docs?

2. I don't see anyone has ever got money back from paypal in these situations is that right? even when they can verify their docs.

From what I've noticed it's hit-or-miss. Some UK stealthers have been able to withdraw their money by uploading fabricated docs but many have been unsuccessful.

Elmo can probably help you with docs if you need.

Is your account limited or on 21 day payment hold?

Because you say “when you need” in your above question.

You will definately need documents when you reach the eu receiving limits
