Soft Limitation & Limits

Hi, my PP account has received the message, Your account access has been limited, but it shows Impact on account: Medium

I can still do everything except close the account. I understand this is a soft limitation.

My question is how long have i got before its properly limited?
For some reason when i try to look at my limits on PP it is blank and does not show any figures. This was the same before i got the soft limitation.
Is they any way i can check my limits?

Did they tell you want to do to remove the limitation? Otherwise it doesn't make much sense.

You may have to call in and ask if they didn't.

yeah, to remove you must upload ID and Proof of address...
its an ATOed account so its difficult to call them.

If you can do what they ask, and if this account is of high value to you, then do what they want.

I don't know about your specific country, but in some cases they don't/won't like or accept what is sent, and it is not guaranteed you will have the limits removed if you do comply.

If you can get any money in the account out you should do so in case things get worse.

It may be time to think about opening stealth accounts.

account worked fine for a while, till an error started appearing.
