Quick Question

I have a stealth account, but need to verify a CC.
Can i use my CC with registered different address on the stealth account or will PP know the CC address is diffeent?

just buy and add a VCC don't use things that might get traced back to you.

stealth is not about being "untraceable"... unless you have shady business.

Careful on VCCs... funny countries VCCs can trigger PayPal security checks or worst.
