how easy is it to set up a fully verified stealth account? or am i better of just buying one to save any hassle?

Also what does not adding a bank do for the paypal could i still use it to receive + send funds without any issues. As long it has card and id sent in.

Presuming you know the basics of running a stealth account then all you'll need is the following that HAVEN'T been used with PayPal before as far as you are aware of:


- Account holder details with ID
- Email address
- Phone number
- Debit, credit or virtual card
- Bank account that accepts direct debits

The most essential part is the account holder details with ID, if you can't get these then you should buy an account (just make sure the seller can supply these with the account).

Regarding not adding a bank account, it all depends on where and how the funds are sent. Can't answer your question accurately without knowing these details.
