Just today as I went to access my P/P account I got this

'We've noticed some unusual activity'
We need your help securing your account to prevent any unauthorised access. For your safety, there may be some limitations on your account until you take action.

The phone number they have is incorrect - so I cant do it that way as the system wont let me change the number. I called them but they said I had to send in passport etc - this is a stealth account! Help!

Yes it's a stealth account, so you need documents in the event of something going wrong

You're going to either have to get creative yourself or message one of the account seller on here, I'm sure most of them can help you for a fee
