Stealth paypal help please!
 

Hello, so I sell phones on an app called Depop. it has led to me being limited a lot.

Now I have started to open "stealth" PayPal accounts. I open the PayPal on a new IP, new address, new name all that jazz. I then go verify the email and phone number. After that, I add a bank account and then verify it. After that, I add a VCC and verify it also. Then leave the account dormant for a few days.

Is this the correct process on opening a new account? Will it be strong?
So far i opened an account with this process but I got it fast limited I think by the sudden income and fast withdraws.

I got one payment for £100 for my first transaction and it let me instantly withdraw. a few hours later I got another £100 and then I withdrew £70 and got hit with the 72hour withdraw block. 2 hours after I was limited on that account.

If any of you have any tips to give me on the account process etc and suggest a safe amount to receive and withdraw per day on new accounts.
The accounts do not need to last longer than a week so do not really care on long life



TDLR: What is a good amount i can receive and withdraw on the same day without being limited

It may be the IP service. What are you using? You are also selling something high risk

Do not have a good ip service right now. I tend to use the 4g on my phone as it has alternating ips. I am also testing nord vpn right now.

I wouldt say its high risk as they're just used phones

It is very high risk for an account with no transaction history. It's the reason you are being limited so quickly.

Yup and your IP... I can suggest some that I use but unless you are using a new IP each time you are going to get limited.

Transaction history and withdrawal speed are the major issues, for your IP tethering is fine I operate multiple ebays of one phone just putting the phone on to airplane mode between ebays.
And as ebayorbust says phones are high risk, sell some small cheap items first to get feedback and transactions under your belt.

Your selling high risk items on a fresh account, therefore you will always get limited you need to build your new account up to take payments of £100 per item sell something which is cheap and not high risk for 3 months and then start selling your phones but slowly of course and open multiple PayPal account so that you can spread sales.

I always tell people to actually read the stealth guide, some people just scour the forum to get pieces of info but I see that as cutting corners and not being efficient.

As for your IP, my recommendation is IPburger, especially when you are using a limited pool of wireless IP
