Errors?
 

Hi all,

One of my stealth accounts has just stopped being able to do anything. Ive got £300 in there and cant withdraw, cant send, cant make any payments it just gives an error message

There are no emails or notifications from paypal though? Could it be just a temporary security block?

It sounds like its about to be limited

If it is a glitch though give it 2 days and they usually clear

I emailed paypal support, probably not the best idea In hindsight.. They just sent me some FAQ response so far

That's all you will get, unless you reply to that FAQ email. Even then you're not guaranteed a response.

You always just get an auto response

You have to email 2/3 times to get an actual reply

By the time you actually get a real persons response to your inquiry your account will either be limited or all good

Paypal replied again and suggested it could be an error with my browser :/ I've tried various devices etc and still the same

Still same errors but not been limited. So frustrating!

If you have a phone that you have never used the APP on before that would be worth a go

Tried on mom's iPhone that's never had paypal and still the same issue. I think it's my fault for removing the telephone number as it feels like it's got stuck without the code verification maybe?

It's just so irritating £390 in there and I can't spend, withdraw or transfer but they haven't limited at all :/
