Default Limited PayPal advice

Hey all,

Been stealthing for a while now without issues and I made a stealth ebay and paypal, did everything the same as always and was fine and working I just had not added the bank details as I was waiting for them.

On listing I made a typo and list all 100 items not 10, lol, my own fault as someone purchased all 100 items in 1 transaction and PayPal limited my account and held the funds for 180 days.

It was a silly mistake and my own fault so I accepted it and moved on, anyway the 180 days hold is up and my money has been released as the buyer was happy and no claim was ever made. The issue I have now is getting the money out of PayPal, I don't want to waste a bank account for a £372.37 payout but I don't want to loose the money either.

Any suggestions? Can I use one of those pre-paid cards? if so which one? Also can you use one of those travel cards as I'm off on holiday next year so will need one, lol.

Cheers

Only way is to add an unused bank account to withdraw money. No other way sadly.

Or, you could send the whole balance to a friend’s PayPal, no fees applies on all payments sent to family/friends, and then he could easily withdraw the funds out from his bank after transferring them to his own bank account.

You can't do that with a limited account, even past 180 days. Only available option is to transfer released money to a bank account.

It's not possible as already said, but even if you could it wouldn't be advisable as the 'friend' would most likely have his account limited as well due to linking with your limited account

Unfortunately like others are saying, you can also withdraw that money on an unused (with Paypal) local bank account and that you would not be able to use again in the future...
So the question is, you really want to "loose" a bank account for that amount?
