i have sent money for one for an item and then seller make an instant refund for me and refund pending strangely i don't know why then pp tell me today that refund cancel and i didn't get any money how this ?? and what i do in this case i want my money he scammed me in about 400 $ from 3 account as single payment from each

This forum is geared primarily for sellers - that being said, sorry to hear about your issues. Best approach is to call up pp and explain what went on.

3 account? $400? Sounds fishy

i open dispute and he refunded me and refund was pending i was the first time to face that refund pending now i open dispute can i get money or will go for ever ??

Refund pending means that the money is in process of being returned - don't jump the gun too quickly...the refund should come to you soon. If you don't get it in 2 or so days then can dispute

How long does it say pending for?

Wait that period of time or contact PayPal via chat and ask them to give you an update on the situation.

The refund isn't pending anymore?
Was the payment returned to your payment source, or what?

yes i open and i say i didn't get item or tracking number but i want how this scammer make this movement ?? also i already before he for one payment he refunded it for me i already open dispute on it but he close dispute by refund but also refund still pending and canceled and case not appear on PayPal ?? but i see number 1 on being review with paypal !!!!1
