how does it work with a new paypal account?
I have been suspended on ebay but not paypal. But I assume i would need to buy a new stealth ebay and paypal in order to avoid being found out eventually (correct me if wrong). My question is, after i have bought the new ebay+paypal, i assume that paypal would have someone else's details. I wanna know if i will be able to add my identity and link my real bank accounts? and how?? if in theory it is already in another persons' name. In addition, i have already another non-suspended paypal with all my details. Does paypal allow to have two accounts for the same person? |
